Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 carrot (s)
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 1 teaspoon curry paste, red
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable stock
  • 6 cevapcici
  • 6 mushrooms
  • possibly grated Gouda cheese

Instructions

  1. Clean or peel the vegetables and cut into small pieces. Now put the onions in the heated pan and sauté. Add the carrots and zucchini and sauté as well. Now add the remaining vegetables and continue to fry. Add the sambal oelek and curry paste.
  2. After sautéing (approx. 5 minutes) add the whipped cream and vegetable stock. Now let everything simmer over medium heat. Meanwhile fry the cevapcici.
  3. Now season the vegetables with salt and pepper, then arrange everything together and serve. It also tastes very good if you sprinkle grated Gouda cheese over the warm vegetables and let it melt.
