Ingredients
- 300 g Farfalle
- 300 g veetables, frozen (julienne and veetable mix)
- 100 g canned corn kernels
- 0.5 ½ bunch spring onion (s)
- 200 g ham, sliced
- 50 g pine nuts
- 10 tablespoon oil
- 5 tablespoon vinegar
- salt and pepper

- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and set aside. Also cook the vegetable mix in lightly salted water until al dente and rinse with cold water. Cut the spring onions into thin rings and the ham into thin strips. Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
- Mix the pasta, vegetable mix, spring onions, ham, corn and pine nuts and season with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Let everything steep for several hours. Be careful with salt as the ham also contains salt. Better to season.
