  • 60 g powdered suar, sifted
  • 45 g butter, melt
  • 60 g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Draw three circles, each 8 cm in diameter, on the baking paper.
  2. Beat egg whites in a medium-sized bowl until lightly frothy. Add powdered sugar and butter and stir until smooth. Carefully stir in the flour until the dough is smooth.
  3. Use the flat blade of a knife to spread about 1.5 level teaspoons of the dough onto each circle. Bake for 5 minutes, until the edges of the dough are lightly brown.
  4. Quickly remove the biscuits from the tray with a flat knife blade. Place a written message of happiness on each cookie. Fold the biscuit into a semicircle and then fold it again over a blunt-edged object, e.g. the rim of a bowl. Let cool on a wire rack.
  5. Do not bake more than 2 or 3 cookies at a time, otherwise they will harden too quickly and break when folded.
