Chocolate Сheesecake

I bring to your attention a very tasty and easy-to-prepare recipe for chocolate cheesecake.

Ingredients

  • butter 75 g
  • dry biscuits 175 g
  • ground cinnamon 0.5 teaspoon
  • cocoa powder 1 tbsp

For filling:

  • bitter chocolate 275 g
  • fat creamy cottage cheese 675 g
  • large eggs 2 pcs.
  • starch 3 tbsp
  • liquid honey 3 tbsp
  • fat cream 285 ml
  • jam 200 g

Directions

  1. Grind cinnamon and cocoa cookies into small crumbs.
  2. Add melted butter and stir.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased, parchment-lined cake pan with a diameter of 23 cm and tamp.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator.
  5. Put the filling on top of the base and bake at 180 ° C for 40-45 minutes (in the middle, the cheesecake should be slightly liquid).
  6. Refrigerate in the mold.
  7. Serve with cherry jam.
  8. Filling: chop the dark chocolate and melt in a water bath. Beat eggs and starch with a wooden spoon.
  9. Add honey to the melted chocolate. Warm up the cream, but do not let it boil. Pour the cream into the chocolate mixture and stir.
  10. Add curd and stir again.
  11. Pour gently into the prepared mold.
