Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate fudge is a very refined, elegant, and delicate dessert made from chocolate and condensed milk. A delicious treat for Valentine’s Day!

Directions

Before making the chocolate fudge, prepare all the ingredients you need.
Combine granulated sugar and condensed milk in a heavy-bottomed saucepan.
Add butter and honey.
Stir and start heating over medium heat, stirring frequently. The butter should gradually melt.
The mass will become homogeneous.
Boil down the sweet mass for 10-15 minutes, stirring often, until caramelized.
Add almond or mint extract and chopped dark chocolate.
Remove chocolate mass from heat and stir.
Place the mixture in a parchment-paper-lined dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Then the chocolate fudge must be carefully removed from the mold and cut into pieces of any shape.
Pieces of fudge can be decorated with powdered sugar using paper stencils.
