Ingredients

  • 195 g flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • 225 g butter, cut into pieces
  • 450 g suar
  • 60 ml coffee, cooked
  • 300 g dark chocolate
  • 60 g chocolate, unsweetened
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 large egg (s)
  • 2 cup (s) walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease the rectangular shape (size 913 inches, that`s about 22x33cm).
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. In a saucepan, bring the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and coffee to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Take off the stove. Add the chocolate and stir until all the chocolate has melted. Let this chocolate mixture cool down a little. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Fold the eggs into the mixture with a spoon and stir well.
  5. Fold in the flour and salt until everything is just mixed well enough. Fold walnuts.
  6. Pour the dough into the prepared form and smooth it out. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Rather longer for glass forms (+ approx. 7 min). When testing the chopsticks, chopsticks may still have a little dough or crumb sticking in the lower third.
  7. Let cool in the mold. If necessary, frosting or chocolate icing over it, but it doesn`t have to be. Cut into small rectangles.
  8. Heavily chocolatey brownies, but absolutely recommendable. Hopefully you like them that much too!
