Ingredients

  • 3 packs biscuit (s) (Galletitas Chocolinas)
  • 500 g caramel cream (Dulce de Leche)
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup coffee, lukewarm
  • 0.5 ½ cup condensed milk
  • 300 g chocolate, dark

Instructions

  1. For the filling, mix the caramel cream with the cream cheese in a bowl.
  2. Soak the biscuits in the coffee and use some to line the bottom of a mold. Cover the first layer with the filling. Continue with the second layer of cookies until you have 4 layers. Put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. Now heat the condensed milk with the chocolate until you get an even cream. Then pour the cream over the chocotorta.
  4. Tip: You can also decorate the cake with fruit.
