Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 can tomato (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper
  • Oregano, basil, some thyme
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • Spice mix, Italian
  • Tomato paste
  • possibly sweet cream
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into large pieces and place in a saucepan with water (1cm). Mix in all the spices and the oil, cook for about 5 minutes. Then add the can of tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. At the end, bind with tomato paste, top off with a little sweet cream if you like. Rice or whole grain rice goes best with this.
