- 2 clove (s) garlic, pressed through
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet or cayenne pepper

- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C, circulating air 180 ° C. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, brush them, dry them and cut them into quarters.
