Ingredients

  • 800 g sliced carrot (s)
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
  • 1 bunch parsley

Instructions

  1. First dice the onions and fry them with the minced meat until they are browned.
  2. Then add the carrots and steam them for a few minutes, then add the broth as you like. The cream is stirred in and the chopped parsley sprinkled on top. We also have rice or potatoes.
