  • 800 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon, heaped flour
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 125 g herb butter
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • 100 g parmesan, rated

Instructions

  1. First finely chop the garlic and sauté briefly in the heated butter. Add flour and sauté just as briefly. Then fill up with the cream. Stir in the stock powder, melt the herb butter in it. Now stir in the parmesan, bring to the boil briefly, that`s it.
