- Oil for frying
- 500 g Thurinian Mett
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 300 g zucchini, finely diced
- 4 beefsteak tomato (s), diced
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Gouda cheese, rated

- Fry the meat in a little oil. Cut the spring onions into rings and fry them briefly, add the crème fraîche and stir. Add the zucchini. Add 3 to 4 chopped tomatoes. Season everything with salt and pepper as needed. You don`t need much with the meat. Put everything in a baking dish, then sprinkle the cheese over it. Bake the casserole at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
