Ingredients

  • 500 g potato (s), small, peeled and weihed
  • 1 can anchovy fillet (s) in oil, approx. 5 - 20 pieces
  • 2 tablespoon dill, fresh, cut into small pieces
  • 200 ml cream
  • some butter for the pan
  • possibly freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Butter a suitable baking dish. Halve the peeled potatoes and insert with the cut surface facing down. Sprinkle the dill on the potatoes, mix the anchovy fillets with the cream and pour over the potatoes. If you like it, you can sprinkle some freshly ground pepper over it.
  2. Bake in the oven or table grill at 220 ° C top / bottom heat for about 35 - 40 minutes until everything is golden yellow and the potatoes are soft.
  3. A fresh mixed salad goes well with it.
