Ingredients

  • 900 ml water
  • 1 egg (s), fresh
  • 0.25 teaspoon ¼ cardamom, ground
  • 12 teaspoon coffee powder
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Remove about 100 ml of the water and whisk thoroughly with the egg. Bring the rest of the water to the boil and add the whisked egg, cardamom and coffee powder and simmer for 2 minutes.
  2. Now put the stove on low heat and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Now pass through a coffee filter in the old-fashioned way and serve hot.
  3. If necessary, sweeten with a lot of sugar.
