Ingredients

  • 1 cup mascarpone, (250g)
  • 1 cup sour cream, (200g)
  • 400 g sour cherries
  • 180 g biscuit (s), amarettinis
  • 100 g marzipan raw material
  • 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
  • cream
  • Amaretto
  • Chocolate shavings, dark

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries WELL.
  2. Put the amarettinis in a bowl and drizzle with the amaretto, leave to soak.
  3. Heat approx. 100g cream in a small saucepan and melt the marzipan in it while stirring until a marzipan cream is created. Let cool down.
  4. In the meantime, mix the mascarpone and sour cream and add a little cream until it has a smooth, fine consistency. Add the vanilla sugar, then stir in the marzipan cream.
  5. Layer the cherries, amarettinis and cream one after the other in bowls / glasses and chill.
  6. Just before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings and possibly a few cherries and amarettinis.
  7. TIP:
  8. If you want to prepare the dessert non-alcoholic, you can omit the amaretto and crumble and layer the amarettinis. Tastes very tasty too.
