European Cookies

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 1 Piece
  • Sugar – 150 Grams
  • Butter – 150 Grams
  • Flour – 100 Grams
  • Baking soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Herculean Flakes – 2/3 Cup
  • Shelled Sunflower Seeds – 150 Grams
  • Orange zest – 1 Piece
  • Salt – 1 Pinch

Directions

  1. Prepare all ingredients. Chop the lemon zest with a knife. Beat eggs with sugar. Add soft butter to the eggs, beat, then add the zest and salt. Stir everything.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour and baking soda. Add all the other ingredients to them and mix everything. Cover the baking sheet with parchment and place in 1 tbsp of mass, preheat the oven to 190 C.
  3. Bake until golden brown for 10-15 minutes.
