  • 1 ½ kg potato (s)
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 300 g processed cheese
  • 250 g cheese, (Gouda), rated
  • a bit salt
  • some pepper
  • some nutmeg, grated
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes as usual and cut into fine slices. Layer these in a greased baking dish. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Mix a cup of vegetable stock, two cups of crème fraîche and the processed cheese well and pour over the potato slices. Scatter about 250 g of grated Gouda cheese on top.
  3. Bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
  4. A delicious fried schnitzel goes well with it.
