Extra Fast Grilled Chicken

A quick recipe for grilled chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken – 1.35 Kilograms
  • Bacon – 60 Grams
  • White Wine – 270 Milliliters
  • Lemon – 1 Piece
  • Parsley – 1
  • Sage – 1 Art. the spoon
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 10 Grams
  • Salt and pepper – – To taste

Directions

  1. Peel and chop the garlic finely. Chop the herbs finely. Cut half a lemon into thin slices and cut each circle in two. Preheat oven to 230 degrees. Combine garlic, cumin, sage and garlic with butter using a fork. Salt. Spice up.
  2.  Put the mixture of oil, garlic and herbs inside the chicken along with the sliced ​​lemon. Brush the chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and top with thinly sliced ​​strips of bacon. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and place in the oven for 55 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the oven. Remove the juice and lemon that were inside the chicken. Cover the chicken with foil and lay on its side. Add wine to a baking sheet and squeeze out the lemon juice. Place the baking sheet over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Cut the chicken into pieces and pour over the sauce formed on the baking sheets.
