30 g butter, approx.
5 g rapeseed oil, approx.
25 g hazelnut flakes, approx.

Instructions

Wash the fish fillets, dry them, drizzle with a little lemon juice and let them steep for about 10 minutes. Dab off the lemon juice, season the fillets with salt and pepper.
Spread the flour on a flat plate, turn the fillets in it and knock them off well. Only a very thin layer of flour should remain on the fish.
For the hazelnut butter, heat the butter and oil, stir in the grated nuts and stir-fry until the nuts are lightly browned.
At the same time, fry the fish in hot oil for about 3 minutes on both sides, place on a plate and spread the nut butter over it.
The cooking time of the fish depends on the thickness of the fillets and whether you prefer to eat the fish slightly glassy or well-fried.
