Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 140 g almond (s), round

For covering:

  • 1 pack jelly, green (woodruff, powder)

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy. Let the couverture melt and stir into the mixture. Mash the rusks and add them. Add the baking powder and the almonds. Mix everything into a dough, pour into a greased baking pan and bake at 160 ° C for about 40 minutes.
