Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 175 g flour
  • 100 g suar
  • 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 60 ml oil
  • 90 ml sparkling water
  • 1 lemon (juice it)

For decoration:

  • 150 g powdered suar
  • Food coloring, green
  • Food coloring, red
  • 12 marshmallow (s)
  • 24 chocolate decoration, (drops)

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients for the dough in a bowl, stir and place in a muffin pan. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. I usually only use the juice of half a lemon and use the remaining juice to liquefy the frosting later when decorating.
  2. Halve the marshmallows and stick a chocolate decoration drop on each sticky side.
  3. When the muffins have cooled down, mix the powdered sugar (10 g of powdered sugar is still needed for the mouth) with the green food coloring. If the icing is still too firm, take some more water (or the rest of the lemon juice from the dough). Spread the icing on the muffins.
  4. Now place 2 marshmallow eyes on each of the icing and press down a little. If the pour dries, keep your eyes all alone.
  5. Finally, mix the remaining powdered sugar with red food coloring and use a spoon to put a mouth on each muffin.
