- 1 handful berries your choice (e.g. raspberries, blueberries, strawberries) or
- 1 kiwi (s), possibly or
- 1 mango (s)
- possibly honey or sugar

- Chop the banana and the desired fruit with the hand blender and fill into screw-top jars. This spread can be kept in the refrigerator for approx. 3 days.
- I have already tried the following variations:
- 1 banana is always used as the basis. Mix either 1 handful of raspberries or 1 handful of blueberries or 1 kiwi or 1 kiwi and 1 mango or 1 handful of strawberries.
- Of course you can also puree a teaspoon of honey or sugar if someone likes it sweeter, but when the fruits are nicely ripe, they are sweet enough for my taste.
