Garlic sauce with pomegranate juice and soy sauce is an interesting and savory addition to fish.

Ingredients

  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate juice – 1.5-2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Dill – 4-5 branches
  • Seasoning for fish – 0.75 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Ground paprika – 3 pinches
  • Ground red pepper – 2 pinches

How to prepare garlic sauce with pomegranate juice and soy sauce for fish:

Directions

  1. Add spices to sour cream, mix thoroughly.
  2. Add pomegranate juice and soy sauce. Mix.
  3. Rinse the dill and chop finely. Add to sauce. Mix.
  4. Peel the garlic and press into the sauce. Mix.
