Fish with Pesto Sauce and Lemon Juice (in a Pan)

A simple recipe for delicious fish cooked in a pan with aromatic pesto sauce and lemon juice.

Ingredients

  • Fillet of tilapia (or other white fish) – 400 g
  • Onions (medium size) – 1 pc.
  • Lemon – 0.5 pcs.
  • Pesto sauce – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp (for frying)
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Pre-defrost the fish fillet (if necessary), rinse, dry, rub with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Squeeze juice from the lemon.
  3. Cut the peeled onion into cubes.
  4. Fry the onions in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.
  5. Add pesto sauce and lemon juice to the onion. We mix.
  6. Put the fish fillet on top. Cover and cook fish with pesto sauce and lemon juice over low heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  7. Fish stewed with pesto sauce and lemon juice is ready!
