  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 65 g suar
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 piece (s) egg (s)
  • some sugar, or cane sugar or cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix with the dough hook of the mixer until a firm dough is formed. Knead once briefly with your hands and put in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour.
  2. Form small, hazelnut-sized balls. Put the sugar, cane sugar or cinnamon sugar on a plate. Press the balls in from both sides until they are flat and bake for about 10 - 15 minutes at 180 ° C, until they are just beginning to brown.
  3. Carefully remove from the baking tray, as they are initially soft and break easily. As soon as they have cooled down, they are very crispy.
