Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, mild
  • 2 tablespoon oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh, finely chopped or dried and ground
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ coriander greens, dried, or twice as much fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 hot pepper, red, fresh
  • 4 garlic clove (s)

Instructions

  1. Core the peppers and then puree them together with all the other ingredients in a mortar or mixer.
  2. This spice paste forms a wonderful basis to give a lot of dishes a Mediterranean touch. You can marinate meat and fish in it, put peppers and other antipasti in it or use it to make a very tasty cheese cream.
  3. Don`t be surprised: the paste tastes extremely intense on its own!
