  • 400 g berries, ripe hawthorn berries
  • 8 rose hips
  • 2 sprigs lemon balm
  • 150 g suar, brown
  • 1 bottle rum or vodka (40%) 0.7-.0 liters

Instructions

  1. The ripe berries of the hawthorn, there can be more, and remove the flower and stem from the rose hips and wash them.
  2. Soak in water overnight and then transfer to a wide neck bottle / jar. Then pour the alcohol over it and add the washed and dried mint leaves with stems. Pour on the brown sugar. Leave everything in the windowsill for about 6-8 weeks and shake it more often so that the sugar dissolves.
  3. Now everything can be strained and filled into appropriate bottles.
