Ingredients
- 800 g porcini mushrooms, or chestnuts or mushrooms
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic

- Clean the mushrooms, wash briefly, drain and cut into thick slices. Whisk the egg with the egg yolk, parsley and a little salt and pepper.
- Turn the mushroom slices in the egg mixture and bread with breadcrumbs. Peel off the garlic clove and chop finely. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic in it, then take it out again.
- Put the breaded mushrooms in the pan and fry until golden on both sides over a moderate heat.
