Hot Sandwiches with Eggs “Sini”

Orsini’s hot egg sandwiches are a great weekend breakfast. Orsini is a very original egg dish and sandwiches are popular with many families, so take a look at this recipe.

Ingredients

  • White bread – 4 slices
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Butter – 30 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper (optional) – to taste
  • Cheese (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. We prepare all the necessary ingredients for the Orsini egg sandwiches.
  2. Carefully separate the egg whites from the yolks. The yolks must remain intact. Lightly salt the proteins.
  3. Beat the whites with a mixer for 2-3 minutes, until a persistent foam forms.
  4. Grease the pieces of bread with a thin layer of butter.
  5. Put the whipped egg whites on the bread, forming a depression in the middle.
  6. We put the sandwiches on a baking sheet (covered with parchment) and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  7. We bake sandwiches with protein mass for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Add the egg yolk to the center of the sandwiches and return them back to the oven to bake for another 3-4 minutes (or until the desired degree of yolk is ready).
  9. Remove the prepared sandwiches with Orsini eggs from the oven.
  10. Good appetite! With a cup of coffee it will be a great breakfast You can pepper on top and add a little grated cheese before baking the sandwiches, but it will be delicious even without cheese.
