Ingredients

  • 4 apples to 6 pieces, depending on the size
  • 1 lemon (s)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar for the apples
  • 1 sachet sauce powder, (vanilla sauce)
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream
  • 1 point cream stabilizer
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • Chocolate sprinkles or other decor
  • 1 cake base

Instructions

  1. The 5-4-3-2-1 soil recipe is in my profile! Or use another other cake base.
  2. Peel 4-6 apples according to size, cut into eighths and cut the eighths into strips. The juice of a lemon over it and with
  3. Simmer 100 ml water and 1 tablespoon sugar for about 10 minutes. Shouldn`t fall apart completely!
  4. Mix another 100 ml of water with vanilla sauce powder and 1 tablespoon of sugar and add to the boiling apple mixture.
  5. Bring to the boil briefly, approx. 1 minute, and let the mixture cool slightly so that the van sauce sets a little.
  6. Put on the cake base and let cool. Preferably in a springform pan!
  7. Then whip 200 ml of whipped cream with a pinch of salt and a cream stiffener until stiff. Spread on the apple mass.
  8. A few chocolate sprinkles, or roasted almonds or even a grated Santa Claus who has to go on top.
  9. I always put them in the freezer for 1 hour.
  10. Deliciously fresh, not too heavy and ready in no time!
  11. Above all - I always have these things in my house.
  12. Sugar for the apple topping can pass as a free amount at WW!
