Ingredients

  • 1 packet puff pastry from the cooling shelf, approx. 75 g
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 5 g oreano, fresh
  • 5 g thyme, fresh
  • 4 sprig rosemary
  • 125 g cherry tomato (s)
  • 1 small onion (s), red
  • 1 spring onion (s)
  • 75 g smoked ham (farmer`s ham)
  • 100 g herder cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  2. Cut the spring onion into fine rings. Peel the red onion, cut in half and cut into fine strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Cut the farmer`s ham into strips approx. 1 cm wide. Strip the oregano and thyme leaves from the stems and pluck the rosemary needles. Chop everything with a sharp knife. Alternatively, you can also use 2 tablespoons of dried pizza herbs or herbs from Provence. Drain the shepherd`s cheese and crumble it with your fingers in a small bowl.
  3. Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet and spread the crème fraîche evenly with the back of a spoon. Season everything vigorously with salt and pepper. Spread the cut herbs evenly on top. Then put the tomato slices with the cut side up, place the onions between them and distribute the ham strips slightly rolled up and finish with the shepherd`s cheese.
  4. Season the tart again vigorously with pepper and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on the middle rack.
  5. A fresh leaf salad or simply top the baked tart with 50 g rocket.
