Ingredients

- 150 grams sugar
- 70 ml oil
- 70 ml water
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder, (de-oiled)
- 150 grams flour
- 0.5 ½ baking powder
For covering:
- 4 banana (s)
- Lemon juice to drizzle over
- 400 ml coconut milk, (1 can)
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 sachet gelatin
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup, (or 150 g sugar)

- For the dough, stir the eggs and sugar until foamy, slowly add the oil and water, mix the flour, cocoa and baking powder, fold in in portions. Bake at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
- Let the bottom cool down, there should have been a slight bulge. Remove this curvature with a knife so that the cake is flat again. Pick up the cake crumbs !!!
- Layer the bananas on the ground like roof tiles, drizzle with lemon juice.
- Now make the topping.
- Tip for the coconut milk: put it in hot water for a while!
- Stir all ingredients together and whip for a while, add instant gelatine and stir a little more. Finally fold in the cake crumbs slightly. Put this mixture on the chocolate base with the bananas and decorate with desiccated coconut or a few cake crumbs or cocoa. Then let it cool well for 2-3 hours.
