  • 1 kohlrabi
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 salmon fillet (s), approx. 25 g
  • Curry powder
  • Garlic powder
  • 1 packet puff pastry
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoon cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. For a 28 cm quiche pan.
  2. Cut the kohlrabi, onion and salmon fillet into small pieces and fry them with a little oil until the salmon is fairly cooked. Season everything with a little salt, pepper, a little curry and garlic powder to taste.
  3. For the topping, whip the eggs with the cream and cheese a little and season with a little salt, pepper or as you like.
  4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
  5. Place the puff pastry in the quiche dish and prick several times with a fork. Spread the fried salmon with the vegetables on the puff pastry. Spread the topping over it and place the quiche in the oven for approx. 25 minutes.
