Ingredients

  • 2 onions)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 400 g Cabanossi
  • 1 large can (s) tomato (s), peeled
  • 2 bell peppers, green
  • 1 can corn (kukuruz), 285 g
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the onions and garlic. Heat the oil in a saucepan and let the onions and garlic become translucent. Cut the Cabanossi into slices, add and fry with them. Add paprika powder. Clean the peppers, cut them into small pieces and stir in. Deglaze with the contents of the tomato can. Add the corn along with the liquid from the can. Salt, pepper and cook for approx. 15 to 20 minutes. Finally stir in the sour cream and season well again.
  2. It goes well with baguette and a dry red wine.
