Ingredients
- 1 medium bell pepper (s)
- 1 large leek stick (s)
- 1 large apple
- 1 large banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon, leveled curry powder
- 2 pinch (s) herbal salt
- 3 tablespoon herb vinegar
- 2 tablespoon cooking oil

- Cut the leek into thin rings and the banana into slices. Cut the apple and bell pepper into not too small cubes.
- Whisk the vinegar with the herb salt, curry and oil and pour over the ingredients. Mix everything well and ideally let it steep.
- In the case of vinegar and oil, the values are only estimates because it depends on how big the basic ingredients were.
- Very tasty with grilled food or on the salad buffet.
