Ingredients

  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g quark
  • 125 g mararine
  • 0.25 ¼ pack baking powder
  • 1 ring / s meat sausage (Lyoner)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 100 g jerky meat or pork belly
  • 200 g cheese (Emmentaler), rated
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Make a dough from the flour, quark, margarine and the baking powder. Line a greased 26 cm springform pan with it.
  2. Peel the ring of Lyoner and cut 2/3 into cubes, the rest into slices. Peel the onion and clove of garlic and dice together with the jerky meat or pork belly.
  3. Fry the cubes of Lyoner, onions, garlic and dried meat in a pan. Then set aside so that the mixture can cool down a little.
  4. In the meantime, whisk the eggs with the cream and season.
  5. Now first put the onion and Lyoner mixture on the dough and distribute it, then pour the egg and cream mixture over it. Sprinkle with the cheese and finally decorate with the remaining slices of Lyoner.
  6. Now bake the whole thing in the preheated oven at 200 ° C - 220 ° C for about 20-30 minutes (until the egg mixture has set). Serve hot.
  7. A green salad goes well with it.
