Ingredients

For the filling:

  • 500 g apples
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice from it, zest for the dough
  • 40 g butter
  • 75 g almond (s), chopped
  • 50 grams sugar

For the dough:

  • 150 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 125 g oat flakes, tender as a flower
  • 50 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder, heaped
  • Fat and oatmeal for the mold

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the apples, sauté briefly with the lemon juice. After cooling, mix in the melted butter, almonds and sugar.
  2. Prepare a batter from the other ingredients (with the zest of the lemon). Put 3/4 of it in the greased springform pan sprinkled with oat flakes. Spread the filling on top. Place the rest of the dough on top of the filling in small piles.
  3. Bake at 170 ° C for a good hour on the lowest rack.
