Milk and Curd Dessert “Katrusya”

An easy dairy-curd dessert for girls who are on a diet, but want something too sweet.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin – 15 g
  • Water – 50 ml
  • Fat-free cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Milk – 200 ml
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 sachet
  • Jam or jam – to taste

How to make milk-curd dessert:

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with water at room temperature and set aside for 15 minutes to swell.
  2. Put sugar and vanilla sugar in milk. Bring to a boil. Add the swollen gelatin to hot milk and mix well.
  3. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or in a blender. Add the milk-gelatin mixture, mix.
  4. Pour into silicone molds. Let the dessert freeze well in the refrigerator (at least 1 hour).
  5. To remove the dessert from the molds, immerse them in hot water for a few seconds. Serve milk and curd jelly with your favorite jam or jam.
