- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250 g quark (low-fat quark, 15%)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 cups sour cream
- 200 g cream cheese with herbs, low-fat (15%)
- 5 onion (s), roughly diced or sliced
- 500 g mushrooms, brown and white
- 1 tablespoon spice mix for pizza
- salt and pepper

- Prepare a curd oil batter for the base from the egg, flour, olive oil, quark, baking powder and salt.
- Tip: The longer you knead, the softer and more tender the dough becomes and is much easier to roll out.
- Now roll out the dough and spread it on a large, square or two round baking tray (each prepared). Fry the diced onions and sliced mushrooms in a pan in a little hot olive oil and then fry for about 5 minutes. Add sour cream and cream cheese, season well and season to taste. Now distribute this mixture on the dough.
- Tip: If you want, you can also add fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, oregano, etc.
- Now put the sour cream cake in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes at 180 ° C until the dough is nice and crispy.
