Ingredients

  • 250 g cress (nasturtium) and 4 flowers
  • Vinegar (light brandy vinegar)

Instructions

  1. Put the chopped leaves in a liter bottle and add the whole flowers. Top up with vinegar. Let stand in a warm place, not in the sun, for 4-5 weeks.
  2. Strain, e.g. through an old diaper.
  3. This is a wonderful vinegar for salads or for cooking. It has an incomparable sharpness. It is important that the flowers come in. Keep in the dark.
