Ingredients

  • 250 g butter
  • 1 handful nasturtium flowers
  • 3 cress leaves (nasturtiums)
  • Salt, (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Place the flowers in a bowl with salt water for 10 minutes, this will cause uninvited visitors to leave the flowers.
  2. Mix soft butter that has been out of the fridge for about 1 hour with the whisk (the food processor), add salt to taste, stir in the chopped cress leaves, then the flowers.
  3. Roll a sausage with the help of aluminum foil, let the butter stiffen. Now it is ready to use, can be sliced to use like herb butter.
  4. Looks very decorative and tastes delicious. By the way, nasturtiums have a high vitamin content (vitamin C twice higher than black currant, provitamin A) etc.
