Ingredients

  • 1 handful nasturtiums, also - 2 flowers
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts
  • 0.5 clove ½ garlic
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • some paprika, hot as rose
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Coarsely chop the nasturtium, garlic and parmesan cheese. Then put all the ingredients in the blender or puree with the magic wand. Add olive oil until the desired pesto consistency is achieved.
  2. The quantities given can be varied according to taste.
  3. Serve with pasta or gnocchi or as a spread.
