- 1 packet puff pastry, fresh
- 100 g walnuts
- 1 pack poppy seed bakery
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon rum
- 1 egg (s)

- Preheat the oven to 220 ° C top and bottom heat.
- Cut 8-10 equal-sized rectangles from the puff pastry.
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces with a knife.
- Mix the poppy seeds, cinnamon, rum and walnuts into a mixture, then use a spoon to divide the mixture into the middle of the puff pastry rectangles.
- Now spread egg yolk around the poppy seed mixture on the rectangles and press the pockets together nicely.
- Place the pockets with the seam on the tray and brush with egg.
- In the oven for about 15 minutes.
