Ingredients

For the ground:

  • 150 grams flour
  • 60 g suar
  • 65 g butter, soft
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 egg (s)

For covering:

  • 500 g quark
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup oil
  • 0.25 liter ¼ milk
  • 1 sachet pudding powder, cream flavor

For the cast:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 cup cream (mass the topping)

Instructions

  1. Ground:
  2. Mix the ingredients for the base with the hand mixer for about 2 minutes. Then put the dough in a greased springform pan. The dough is very soft, must be spread with your hands or a small rolling pin.
  3. Covering:
  4. Mix the ingredients for the topping. Mix the bag of cream pudding with the milk beforehand and add to the mixture. Stir everything until smooth and then pick up a cup full of this mixture.
  5. Put the rest of the mixture in the springform pan and bake at 175 ° C for about 45 minutes (takes a little longer with top and bottom heat).
  6. Molding:
  7. Process the egg white into snow, carefully stir in three tablespoons of sugar and the cup full of the mixture.
  8. After a baking time of 45 minutes, take the cake out of the oven, spread the topping on it and bake for another 15 minutes until the cake is golden-yellow in color.
  9. Let the cake cool in the pan.
