Ingredients
- 3 sausages (salsiccie are better if you can get them)
- 1 head broccoli (500g)
- 1 onion (s), diced
- some chili powder (just a touch)
- sea-salt
- 1 glass red wine to deglaze
- 0.5 liter ½ broth
- 300 g penne
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs

- The diced onion is sautéed in olive oil. Either press the sausages out of the skin or cut them and fry them with the onions. Deglaze with red wine, allow to evaporate. Season with chilli, add the broken broccoli to the mixture, season with salt, pour in 1/2 cup of stock and cook covered for 15 minutes.
- Add half a liter of hot broth, bring to the boil, lightly salt and add the pasta (uncooked!). Cover and cook over low heat for a good 10 minutes (depending on the cooking time of the pasta). Stir gently. The liquid should be almost boiled by the end. In the meantime, the breadcrumbs are roasted without fat and finally added to the finished dish.
- Cheese is NOT necessary for this pasta!
