- 500 g peach (s)
- 250 g preservin suar 1: 2
- 0.5 ½ lemon (s), the juice from it
- 1 tonka bean, grated

- Steam the peaches, lemon juice and the grated tonka bean until soft. Then add the preserving sugar, bring to the boil and cook for at least 3 minutes. Make a gel test and fill it into sterile jars.
- It`s quick and easy, but the result is a delight!
