Pineapple Pie

Easy to prepare but tasty pineapple pie recipe that I hope even an inexperienced housewife can handle.

Pineapple can be substituted for any canned fruit.
How to make pineapple pie:
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate with vegetable oil.
Sprinkle a baking sheet with 1/3 tablespoon. sugar, spread out the pineapple cut into pieces.
Pour vegetable oil into a bowl.
Add flour.
Add baking powder, remaining sugar, salt, baking soda, vanilla.
In another bowl, combine the cream and eggs. Beat lightly.
Pour the egg mixture into a bowl of dry ingredients.
Mix everything until smooth.
Pour the dough over the pineapples.
Bake pineapple pie in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Cool the cake slightly in a baking sheet. Remove with baking paper and turn the pineapple pie onto a platter. Carefully peel off the paper. Slice.
