  • 1 pinch baking powder
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce or tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon cheese
  • 1 slice (s) sausage or topping your choice, cut into small pieces
  • 1 pinch (s) oregano

Instructions

  1. First, mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a cup or mug. Then add milk and olive oil and stir well with a fork. Lumps may form, but it doesn`t matter. Then spread the tomato sauce or tomato paste on the dough, sprinkle the cheese on top and top with sausage or your ingredients. Finally, add a pinch of oregano or pizza spice.
  2. Then the cup goes into the microwave. At 1,200 watts, the pizza cooks for around 1.20 minutes. Depending on the microwave, it can also be a little faster or take longer. As a rule of thumb, the pizza is ready as soon as air bubbles form under the layer of cheese.
