Ingredients
- 60 g flour, smooth
- 1 large egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 10 g powdered suar (powdered suar)
- 125 ml milk
- 20 g poppy seeds, round
For the filling:
- 2 tablespoon plum jam (Powidl)
- 4 tablespoon whipped cream (whipped cream), whipped
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (powdered sugar)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
For the set:
- cranberries
- Icing sugar (powdered sugar)
- Whipped cream (whipped cream), whipped

- Make a dough out of the ingredients and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
- For the filling, stir in the powder, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, fold in the cream.
- Bake pancakes from the batter in hot oil.
- Spread the filling on each one, roll up, arrange and sprinkle with icing sugar. Garnish with whipped cream and possibly some cranberries.
