Quick Hodgepodge with Smoked Meats and Potatoes

Cooking for lunch a hodgepodge with smoked wings, brisket, and ham. Just 40 minutes – and delicious soup on the table.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Smoked chicken wings – 500 g
  • Smoked brisket – 300 g
  • Ham – 300 g
  • Potatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil – 30 g
  • Tomato paste – 1-2 tbsp
  • Pickled cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Bay leaf – 1 pc.

For filing:

  • Sour cream
  • Lemon

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken wings into pieces.
  2. Boil 2-2.5 liters of water. Lower the wings.
  3. Peel, wash potatoes. Cut into slices.
  4. Put the potatoes in a saucepan. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Dice the ham.
  6. Dice the brisket.
  7. Dip sausage and brisket into the soup. Cook everything together for 10 minutes.
  8. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
  9. Peel, wash carrots, cut into strips.
  10. Peel the onion, wash, cut into cubes.
  11. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Add onions and carrots. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
  12. Add cucumbers, stir, simmer all together for 2-3 minutes.
  13. Add the tomato. Stir, add a little broth from the pan (2-3 tablespoons). Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  14. Add frying to a saucepan, salt and pepper. Add bay leaves. Simmer on the lowest heat, covered for 10 minutes.
  15. A quick hodgepodge with smoked meats and potatoes is ready.
